we believe you have found it. Little Dodges is a newly converted detached traditional stable
providing a high standard holiday home of spacious two/three bed ground floor accommodation with
many original features.
Many of the village buildings are of great historical interest and the Church dates from
the 12th century. The major towns of Tunbridge Wells, Maidstone, Tonbridge and
Tenterden are also nearby. Canterbury can be reached in approximately one and a half hours.
This is fully equipped for self catering accommodation with a dishwasher, larder fridge with ice compartment, microwave and electric cooker with ceramic hob incorporating a grill.
The accommodation has a bath with a handy mixer shower over the taps and an anti slip mat is available. There is a separate shower cubicle with a clear folding door. Further, there is a pedestal basin and toilet. A two door pine mirrored cabinet is available for storage of items and includes a hairdryer. The floor is tiled with ceramic tiles and the bathroom is complete new fitted towel rail. |
Double bedroom with ensuite shower NEW to the cottage. This bedroom has a pine double bed (4ft 6”) with pine chests of drawers on either side with table lamps. The fitted wardrobe has ample shelving and hanging space for clothes. Pretty chintz curtains and new carpet make it cosy and welcoming. The ensuite shower room contains a wc, basin and shower cubicle which is fully tiled. There is wooden shelving and towel rails. The floor is tiled with ceramic tiles. |
Super King Double or Twin room This pleasant beamed room has a 2 single 3 ft beds and mattresses that zip and link the beds into one super King size bed, whichever is preferred. A small wooden table separates the two beds with a table lamp. There is also a separate wardrobe with plenty of hanging space and a three drawer pine chest with mirrored unit on top. The room benefits from a new carpet and pretty cottage style chintz curtains. |

Twin bed room This room is also beamed and has two three foot metal bedsteads. A chest of four drawers is situated between the beds with a table lamp. There is a large fitted wardrobe with a shelf above and ample hanging space. It also contains a vacuum cleaner, ironing board, iron and broom. It has recently been refurbished with a new carpet and floral cottage-type curtains adorn the window. |

Exterior
Outside there is off road parking for a number of vehicles. At the rear of the accommodation is a secure courtyard area containing a table and seating for six people. A fragrant honeysuckle and jasmine clamber riotously up the fence. A wheeled barbecue is supplied at no extra cost. |

Facilities
The cottage sleeps either 4/5 people in comfort (2 beds) or 6 (3 beds + cot), but there is a surcharge of £25 per week for the 5th bed if using two bedrooms only.
A cot/highchair - available on request at the time of booking at no extra charge. Bed linen for the cot is NOT supplied.
Full bed linen and duvets are supplied free of charge.
Towels - These are supplied at a cost of £3 per person at the time of booking and not on arrival
Heating - This is cosy oil-fire under floor at a further cost during the winter season.
Electricity - A charge is now made for this when more than 50 units in any one week are used. The cost is 50p per unit above those allowed.
